Sculptures in the Garden 2021 keeping COVID-safe
The safety of our visitors, artists and volunteer staff is always our top priority. In accordance with the advice from the NSW Health Department, a number of changes were implemented in 2020 to ensure the annual event could take place while ensuring the safety of all involved. A year on, and the need for precaution remains high. Sculptures in the Garden are and will continue to respond to all advice provided by NSW Health relating to COVID-19, to deliver the event as safely as possible.
The following initiatives will remain in place for 2021:
• guests are required to pre-purchase their ticket and register their details for COVID tracing prior to attending Sculptures in the Garden 2021
• hand sanitiser will be freely available throughout the venue;
• all visitors will be adequately separated in order to avoid unnecessary contact;
• SIG will remain up-to-date on the latest advice from the NSW Health Department, State and Federal governments; and
• will reinforce to staff the importance of monitoring their own health, encouraging them to remain at home if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness.
