In this hands-on woodfire oven cooking class chef David Cox will teach you how to make the most of cooking in a woodfire oven. The class is situated in a stunning outdoor location at Rosby’s Mud Hut overlooking the Rosby vineyard. Participants will learn about oven management, heat curve, playing with the heat and the different ways you can cook with fire or embers. Together with David, participants will prepare and cook a 3 course meal and then all sit down as a group at the end of the class to enjoy the results with some Rosby Wines. The class will be small and personal so that everyone gets the most benefit out of the class. Everyone is welcome from competent cooks to a novice in the kitchen.
